Shipping Policy

We use Parcelforce and UPS to ship all of our items. The price of shipping varies depending on the size of the item, with some of our larger items requiring palleted transport. Everything is made to order, and although we strive to produce and ship things as quickly as possible, lead times will vary depending on our current work schedule. We will contact you with an estimated delivery time, and once again when your order has shipped with a tracking number. If you have any further questions, please contact us via our email.

Return & Exchange Policy

We will always go out of our way to fix any problems that may arise with the shipping of our products or on the rare occasions that something goes wrong with the product itself. Please contact us if you have any issues.
